10.6.2. Transfer turnover to another account

Important points:

  • The sender's account must not have any active services.
  • Turnover may be transferred no more than once a month.
  • When transferring, the turnover is added to the turnover in the recipient's account.
  • After the transfer, the balance in the sender's account will be reset to zero.

If you do not plan to pay for services in your current account anymore, you can transfer its turnover to another account. As a result, loyalty program discounts will disappear from your current account and be added to the recipient's account.

  1. Open the "Personal data" section and switch to the "Loyalty program" tab.
  2. In the "Status transfer" block, specify the account mail to which the turnover should be transferred, and click "Transfer status":
  3. Check the status of the loyalty program in the recipient's account.
