10.6.1. General information about loyalty program

Attention!

Discounts under the loyalty program apply only when paying for services from the account of its owner (you must be logged in). Discounts do not apply to payments made via a link from message, via anonymous payment, with authorization in another account, or without authorization.

Important points:

  • Turnover is updated immediately after any successful payment, except for balance recharge (balance recharge itself does not affect turnover, but payment for services from the balance does).
  • Loyalty program discounts do not apply to promotional services or when using promo codes.
  • Status can be transferred between accounts.

Loyalty program is a system of discounts depending on the status in the loyalty program, which is determined by the level of turnover of the account (the more money spent on services, the higher the status and the greater the discount).

Account turnover — the amount of money that the account owner has spent on paying for all the basic and extra services in the account.

Turnover is calculated in $. This avoids the impact of currency exchange rate volatility, frequent recalculation of turnover amounts for loyalty program statuses, and downgrading of these statuses for users. Turnover is calculated at the exchange rate at the time of issuing invoices.

There are 5 statuses available in total:

  1. Basic — turnover less than $75 (initial status).
  2. Bronze — turnover over $75.
  3. Silver — turnover over $180.
  4. Gold — turnover over $330.
  5. Platinum — turnover over $630.
