8.7.2. "Limit exceeded" error

Mistake "Limit is exceeded" occurs when you try to pay from a card linked to the current account of an individual entrepreneur or legal entity through the LiqPay payment system.

To pay for services from a current account FOP you need to go to your online banking for business and independently generate a payment by requisites... In this case, the payment will be from the sole proprietor and there will be no problems with it.

In case the error "Limit is exceeded" occurs when paying by card individuals (not tied to the current account of an FOP or legal entity) through LiqPay, try the following:

  1. Close the tab with LiqPay.
  2. Refresh the invoices page in our dashboard.
  3. Try again to pay the desired invoice through LiqPay.
It is possible to pay for services through other payment systems (not LiqPay) with a card linked to the current account of an individual entrepreneur or a legal entity, but such payments are not provided accounting documents.
