10.3.1. General information about referral program
Important points:
- The referral program is only available for individuals from Ukraine. Individuals from other countries, FOP, Ukrainian and foreign legal entities, as well as accounts without a specified type cannot attract users and receive rewards; they can only be referrals of individuals.
- Referrals (users you bring in) are only automatically counted if they registered using a referral link, button, or banner with that link. The ID of the registered user is immediately displayed in the list of transitions.
- Any page on the ukraine.com.ua site can be a referral link with the GET parameter
?page=XXXXXXadded, whereXXXXXXis your ID. - The referral reward before the referred user gets the status under the loyalty program is 10% of the amount of their paid invoices. After they get the status, the reward will be 1%.
- Referral rewards are not paid in the following cases:
- A promo code was used when placing the order.
- The service was paid at a promotional price or discounted price (excluding discounts for the service payment period).
- The referral has requested a refund.
- Referral rewards are paid immediately after payment for the relevant service has been received.
- Referral links are prohibited in Google Ads (formerly Google AdWords) ads. Clicks on links from such ads will not be counted.
The referral (affiliate) program allows you to attract customers to hosting and receive compensation in the form of a certain percentage of payments for a range of services purchased by the customers you attract.
