3.1.3.3. Set third-party MX records
If the domain is serviced on external NS, changes need to be made in the control panel of their owner.
Mx records specify the servers that should receive incoming mail sent to the domain's mailboxes. To ensure that mail is received by the servers of a specific mail service, the domain must have the MX records of that service configured. In addition to making changes to the domain settings, necessary actions must be performed on the service side (such as adding the domain, creating mailboxes, etc.).

When setting up MX records, previously configured MX and SPF records will be permanently deleted.- Open the "Domain settings (DNS)" section.
- Click "Settings presets" and set the preset for the domain settings for the desired mail service (this will change the current MX records of the domain to the MX records of the selected service and add the corresponding SPF record).
- Wait for the DNS cache to refresh. This usually takes a few hours (maximum 24).
- Check the operation of incoming mail.
