3.6.10. Connect domain to Shopify

Use presets from the "Shopify" group.

1. Log in to your Shopify account.
2. In the lower left corner, click "Settings".
3. In the "Domains" section, click "Connect existing domain":
4. In the "Domain" field, enter the domain name (without www) and click "Next":
5. Set up your domain to work with Shopify:

   • Main domain
   • Subdomain

   1. Delete records:
      1. For the main domain — all A, AAAA, ALIAS.
      2. For the subdomain www — all A, AAAA, CNAME, ALIAS, TXT.
   2. Add three DNS records with the following data:

      	Subdomain	Type	Data
      First entry	Empty	A	23.227.38.65
      Second entry	Empty	AAAA	2620:0127:f00f:5::
      Third record	www	CNAME	shops.myshopify.com

   1. Delete the A, AAAA, CNAME, ALIAS, TXT records for your subdomain and its www variant.
   2. Add two DNS records with the following data:

      	Subdomain	Type	Data
      First entry	Subdomain name (e.g., sub)	CNAME	shops.myshopify.com
      Second entry	Subdomain name with www (e.g., www.sub)	CNAME	shops.myshopify.com

6. Wait for the DNS cache to update (usually a few hours, up to 24) and click "Verify connection":
7. If all actions are performed correctly, after verification the domain will appear in the list:
