PTR record is configurable not in the domain, but through the company providing the IP address. On hosting, it can be configured only for dedicated IPby contacting technical support... For IP addresses VPS and dedicated servers is configured independently.

PTR is a record that is a reverse address record. It binds the domain to the IP address, and the IP address to the domain, as is the case with A- or AAAArecords... Used to implement the opposite DNS.
