For corporate mail, advanced settings for the autoresponder have been added.

Previously, the autoresponder could only be either turned on or turned off.

There are now two new modes available for the autoresponder:

• Selected period — the autoresponder will be active during the specified period, after which it will automatically turn off.
• Selected days of week — the autoresponder will be active on the selected days during the specified times; it will be turned off at all other times.

Using these modes, you can set the autoresponder to turn on, for example, while you're on vacation or only on weekends.

Support for webhooks has been added for corporate mail.

With webhooks, you can automate the transfer of data about events in mailboxes to your scripts. For example, you can set it up so that when a new message arrives in the mailbox, the script sends a notification to the messenger, etc.

This allows you to flexibly organize your own mail processing logic without having to constantly connect to mailboxes and monitor changes in them.

Notifications may be sent:

• To the administrator — when a customer creates or cancels a booking.
• To a customer — when creating a booking, when changing or canceling by the administrator.

In the online form settings, you can choose to send notifications to the administrator and a customer, only to the administrator, or disable notifications.

Sending is performed via SMTP from the mailbox for which the online form is configured to the customer's email address specified when sending the form. All messages are counted in the email sending limits per day.

An ICS file is attached to customer notifications, which can be used to import or add an event to your own calendar if your mail client supports this feature.

Starting February 5, 2026, all emails from our company will contain an anti-phishing code. This is a unique identifier used to verify the authenticity of our emails. It helps protect against phishing attacks, where attackers send fake emails purportedly from our company in order to steal your money under the guise of payment for services or to obtain your data.

By default, your account ID is used as the anti-phishing code, but for more security, you can configure your own anti-phishing code that only you will know.

How it works:

1️⃣ You configure an online form for the calendar: select an available address in the time.contact domain, specify the form name and description, select the work schedule, and add your services.

4️⃣ Customers follow the link and fill out the form: select the service, date, time, and enter their details (available times are suggested considering events in the calendar).

These statuses are not random: each one reflects the current status of the domain and directly affects whether the website is working, whether the domain can be renewed, and whether it is available for transfer.

In this article, we will examine the main statuses of domain names and explain them in simple terms.

What is domain status?

Domain status is a technical label assigned by a registry or registrar. It shows what is currently happening with the domain and what actions are permitted with it:

• whether the website is working;
• Is it possible to change the DNS?
• is transfer available;
• whether the domain is in the process of being registered or deleted.

A single domain can have multiple statuses simultaneously.

Main working statuses

Status: ok

Normal, working domain status.

What you can do:

• renew the domain;
• change DNS and contact details;
• transfer to another registrar. In some domain zones, transfer to another registrar is only possible 60 days after registration or renewal or transfer of the domain name.

What's up with the site: The site works if the DNS is set up right.

➡️ This is a status that is always worth striving for.

Status: inactive

The domain does not have DNS servers (NS) specified. The website and email will not work in such a domain. To make the domain work, you need to specify the correct NS servers.   

Reasons:

• DNS settings have not yet been configured;
• The DNS was deleted by mistake.

Registration-related statuses   

Status: pendingCreate

The domain is in the process of registration. This status is displayed for a long time for zones where additional actions are required for registration. For example, the UA zone, where TM and contacts must be verified. In this status, the site is not yet operational.   

A domain with pendingCreate status is not yet operational, and no operations can be performed on the domain while it is in this status.

Status: addPeriod

What this means: The domain has just been registered and is located in «grace period».

What you can do:

• configure;
• extend;
• In some domain zones, registrars may allow you to delete a domain and get a refund for its payment.

Statuses related to domain name renewal

Status: autoRenewGracePeriod

A status that is set after the domain registration period has expired and means that the registrar must decide whether to renew the domain for the next period or delete it. Domain deletion occurs exclusively on the basis of a request from the registrar. If the registrar does not submit a request to delete the domain, it will be renewed automatically.

Blocking and restricting statuses

Status: clientHold

The registrar has suspended domain delegation. The website and email on this domain will not work. To clarify the reasons for the block, you need to contact the domain registrar.   

Common causes:

• owner's email address not confirmed;
• payment issues;
• complaints or violations of the rules.

Status: frozen / hold-since

The domain has been frozen by the registry for legal, financial, or regulatory reasons. You must contact the domain registrar and ask them to contact the registry to clarify the reasons for the domain being blocked.

Status: serverHold

The domain has been disabled by the registry; the domain is missing from the zone file. You must contact the domain registrar and ask them to contact the registry to clarify the reasons for the domain being blocked.

Deletion statuses

Status: redemptionPeriod

The domain has been deleted, but can still be restored for an additional fee. Each registry sets a price for restoring a domain that has not been renewed on time. The price can be 10 times higher than the price of a regular renewal. A domain usually enters the redemptionPeriod status 30 days after its expiration date. The redemptionPeriod lasts up to 30 days, after which the domain will be deleted from the registry and become available for registration. Domains that are deleted are often monitored by cybersquatters — companies that register domains as soon as they are deleted. Therefore, you need to decide whether to take the risk or pay 10 times the price for your domain name that has not been renewed on time.   

Status: pendingDelete

The domain is in the final stage of deletion.

Important:

• recovery is impossible;
• At the end of the period, the domain will become available for registration to anyone who wishes to do so.

⛔ If you see this status, it's too late to act.

Protective statuses (blocking of operations)

Protective statuses are necessary to protect against domain hijacking. They are usually enabled manually by the owner or automatically set by the registrar.

Status: clientTransferProhibited

Set by the registrar or at the customer's request, in addition to other domain statuses, this indicates that the domain cannot be transferred to another registrar. Before submitting a request to transfer the domain to another registrar, this status must be removed.

Status: clientUpdateProhibited

If this status is set, all requests to change the domain will be rejected by the registry. A domain with this status can be renewed, transferred, and deleted. Requests to change domain data, such as changing NS or contact information, are only possible after the clientUpdateProhibited status has been removed.

Status: clientDeleteProhibited

Domain deletion is prohibited. Domains with this status will not be deleted from the registry, but will be automatically renewed after the paid delegation period expires. This status is set only by the registrar, as it is the registrar who will pay for the domain, regardless of whether the payment was made by the customer or not.   

Status: clientRenewProhibited

The domain status is set by the registrar. It means that the domain name cannot be renewed. It does not affect automatic domain renewal. For example, if the domain has not been deleted and its term has expired, it will be renewed automatically. However, renewal requests for the domain name will be rejected by the registry.

Status: serverTransferProhibited

Set by the registry. Indicates a transfer ban.

Status: serverUpdateProhibited

Set by the registry. Means that no changes can be made to the domain object.

Status: serverRenewProhibited

Set by the registry. Means that the domain name cannot be renewed. The restriction does not apply to automatic domain renewal, which occurs after the domain delegation period ends.

Status: serverDeleteProhibited

Set by the registry. Means that the domain object cannot be deleted.

Domain name transfer statuses

Status: pendingTransfer

Set automatically for the duration of the domain transfer. With this status, the registry accepts commands to approve or deny the transfer of the domain by the current registrar, as well as commands to refuse the transfer by the receiving registrar.   

Why a domain can have multiple statuses

That's normal. For example, Status: ok, clientTransferProhibited means:

• the domain is working;
• Transfer temporarily blocked for security reasons.

When to be wary

Please note if you see:

• clientHold
• inactive (if the site should be working)
• pendingDelete
• frozen

In these cases, the website is most often down or the domain is at risk of being lost.

Result

Domain name statuses are not just technical terms, but indicators of the status of your website and business. Understanding these statuses helps:

• renew the domain on time;
• avoid losing your name;
• quickly diagnose problems with the website.

If you are unsure about the status of your domain, it is better to check with the registrar immediately than to try to recover the lost name later.

• ☁️ Hosting:
  • Added the ability to apply bot protection settings to all sites on the hosting account.

  • When an account has access to a domain and that domain does not have our MX records, adding the same mail domain now displays a window showing the current MX records, allowing you to choose whether to keep them or replace them with ours.
  • If the account has a mail domain with the name of the main domain, sending messages from the web server without authorization from the subdomain mailboxes of this domain is no longer considered incorrect and is permitted by the system.
  • The subject line of the auto-reply now includes the subject line of the original message in the format "Auto-reply subject: Re: Original message subject".
• 📧 WebMail.Online:
  • Reworked avatar functionality — avatars are loaded when the message is opened, then cached for 7 days on our server and 3 days in the client's browser. Clearbit service has been removed, and Brandfetch, Logo.dev, and apistemic logos services have been added.
  • Reworked and accelerated authorization in the mailbox. If the service has not been paid for, an error message is now displayed when attempting to authorize.
• 💻 VPS:
  • On the "Statistics" tab, added a chart showing RAM usage statistics for the last 7 days. If the chart is missing, it means the system was unable to retrieve the data.
  • Backups in the "Deleted VPS" section are now available immediately after server deactivation, and you no longer need to wait for the server to be deleted.

  • In Firewall, the ability to specify port ranges has been added.

  • In the web interface, the gallery mode has been reworked — only thumbnails are displayed, control buttons appear when hovering, the mode turns on automatically when 85% of media files are in the catalog, and turns off when manually switching to the list. Previews are generated for all images and stored in the /.thumbs directory. It is also now possible to create previews for images using GET parameters in the format image.png?h=200&w=200.
  • The web interface now allows you to move selected files and directories using drag and drop.
  • When uploading files via the web interface, the list of uploaded files is now displayed in a more compact format, and each line automatically disappears after 15 seconds.
  • In the web interface and API, the ability to download files and directories as an archive has been added.
  • In the API, for the authorization method, the remember parameter has been added, and for the file upload method, support for the ?overwrite=1 flag has been added.
  • API download statistics have been moved to the "Statistics" tab.

Access settings

First, you need to allow the ClickHouse user to connect to MySQL servers. The corresponding privilege is configured at the user level and applies to all databases within the MySQL server. To configure the privilege, set the flag in the Users section of the ClickHouse control panel. "MySQL" in the user settings. If the privilege is not configured, the server will return an error. "Not enough privileges. To execute this query, it's necessary to have the grant READ ON MYSQL."

Retrieving data from MySQL

To read data from a MySQL table, use the table function. mysql. Request example:

For sites on shared and business hosting plans, added the ability to configure server caching.

When using caching, all server responses are stored in the cache, and when receiving new requests, instead of forwarding them to the site scripts for processing, a ready-made response is returned from the cache. Using caching helps to significantly reduce the load on the web server.

Caching is managed in the "Site settings" section on the new "Caching" tab. In the caching settings, you can select a caching mode with or without considering GET parameters and configure the cache lifetime.

We have extended the capabilities of the WebMail.Online calendar and added support for tasks (VTODO).

For task lists and tasks themselves, the same configuration and access control options are available as for calendars and regular events.

In addition, each task can have one of four statuses: to do, doing, done, or canceled.

Tasks may have a start and/or end date, or they may not be tied to time at all.

To view tasks in the calendar, use the "Tasks" view mode. Tasks with a start date are also visible in the day/week/month view modes.

To solve this problem, the company «Hosting Ukraine» We use Manticore Search—a fast and lightweight full-text search system. It is important to understand that Manticore Search does not replace MySQL, but rather complements it, speeding up text data searches and improving the relevance of results.

Why Manticore Search?

🚀 Speed

Manticore Search can process tens of millions of documents in a fraction of a second. We tested the system on 31 million documents (approximately 488 GB of data from the 2021 court decisions registry).–2025). The index size was 187 GB, and searching it is instantaneous — where a regular SQL query would take minutes.

This makes it possible to implement real-time suggestions—results appear as the user types.

🎯 Relevance

Manticore returns documents sorted by relevance. This means that the most accurate matches will be at the top of the list. Developers don't need to write complex formulas for sorting — everything works out of the box.

Should Manticore be used for small bases?

Yes! Even if you only have a few thousand records, using Manticore is justified if searches are performed frequently and speed is important. The index takes up little space and updates quickly.

Sphinx vs Manticore Search

Manticore Search is an evolution of the previously popular Sphinx system. The main advantage of Manticore is the ability to modify the index without completely reindexing the data. This is especially useful when the data volume is large and it is important to minimize the time required to update the indexes.

The Manticore control panel has a convenient interface for creating tables. You can specify storage parameters for each field:

• Indexed — a full-text index is built on the field.
• Stored — data is stored in a table.

If the data is stored in MySQL and Manticore is only used for searching, it is sufficient to check the field text as Indexed, and remove Stored.

This approach offers two advantages:

1. Space saving — only the index is stored.
2. Faster indexing means less data is written to disk.

In our test, we did not store 488 GB of data, but only the index (187 GB). When searching, Manticore returns document IDs, and MySQL quickly finds the documents themselves using the primary key.

If there is not much data, you can store text as well, so that results can be returned without additional queries to MySQL.

Quick start

To get started with Manticore Search, follow these steps:

1. Create a table with the desired structure via the control panel. For text fields, the type text automatically adds stored and indexed.
2. Connect to Manticore as you would to MySQL—no login or password required. Access is restricted to IP addresses specified in the control panel.
3. Insert data using the command REPLACE, but not INSERT or UPDATE. This is important: when UPDATE The index is not updated.
4. Perform a search query—you can test it both from a script and from the panel interface.

Minimum length of the search term

By default, words with a length of 3+ characters are indexed. This is controlled by the parameter min_word_len. If users frequently search for short terms such as MX, NS, UI, reduce the value of this parameter to 2.

Prefixes (min_prefix_len)

Defines the minimum part of a word by which it will be found. For example, when min_prefix_len=3 words «server» and «service» will be found upon request «ser».

Infixes (min_infix_len)

Allows you to search for words even if the input does not start with the first letter. This is useful, for example, when searching by product items. The optimal values are 2 or 3 characters. Use only when necessary, as it increases the index size and slows down indexing.

If the items contain periods, dashes, and other special characters, you need to configure indexing:

• add these characters to blend_chars;
• remove them from charset_table;
• activate blend_mode, specifying the rules for processing such characters.

Example: searching by IP addresses

Default IP 185.39.224.1 is broken down into separate words 185 39 224 1. To index the entire address, you need to add . in blend_chars and install blend_mode=trim_both. After that, the IP search works correctly.

Changing table settings

Changing the table settings requires its complete recreation. This is because changing the indexing algorithm does not update existing indexes. After changing the configuration, you must reload all data.

If you often encounter slow searches in MySQL, try Manticore. Start with simple settings, then gradually complicate the configuration as your tasks grow.

In our mail client, WebMail.Online, a full-featured calendar has been released.

Currently, all basic features are available in the calendar — creating calendars and events, configuring additional settings, repeats, and notifications.

All calendars support connection via CalDAV protocol. This allows you to work with them not only via WebMail.Online interface, but also via any mail clients and apps that support this protocol.

Events can be imported and exported in iCalendar (ICS) format, which is used by most popular services. Events can also be imported from WebMail classic calendar.

Additionally, corporate mail owners have access to extra features:

On our site, we have added the new tool that allows you to generate and download QR codes with different types of data and in different formats.

Service owners can now allow or disallow users with delegated access to perform actions that affect the cost of services.

In this way, users with delegated access can be given greater control over the service, allowing them to change their plan independently, as well as order, change, or delete extra services.

Access is configured either immediately in the delegation form or later on the page with the list of delegated services. Access can be enabled or disabled at any time.

Added support for full-fledged mailbox aliases for corporate mail.

Aliases are additional addresses for existing mailboxes. They allow you to work with multiple mail addresses from one mailbox. All mail that is sent to alias addresses goes to the mailbox with the primary address.

Also, aliases:

• Make it easier to search for messages in your mailbox — you can search by primary address or aliases.
• Help in organizing incoming mail — with address-based filters, you can set up automatic labeling or distribution of messages into folders.
• Improve privacy — the primary address can be used for trusted contacts, and aliases for less trusted ones — subscriptions, site registrations, etc.
• You can use it as a disposable email — add an alias with a random name, receive an email with a code or link to it, and delete it.
• Help in fighting spam — in case of a large amount of junk mail to an alias address, you can delete it and create a new one with a different name.

WebMail.Online and WebMail classic mail clients have built-in alias support — when aliases are added, profiles are automatically created that can be selected when sending messages. In third-party mail clients, profiles must be created manually to send from additional addresses.

Released new versions of the API and web interface for working with storage content.

Main API changes:

• The API is now able to handle more requests — their number is no longer limited by the limits of the general API.
• Reduced the number of endpoints — previously separate endpoints were used for each operation, now several common endpoints are used: for authorization, for working with directories, files, public links.
• The type of operation is determined by the HTTP method when accessing the endpoint: PUT, GET, HEAD, POST, DELETE.
• Requests now need to pass fewer parameters.
• The validity period of an authorized user token has been increased from 1 to 3 hours.
• Added the ability to deactivate a token, check if a file or directory exists, and get information about a public link.
• Each request now returns headers with additional information about the storage, the storage user, and the object (file or directory).

The web interface has been completely reworked — it now uses a new API and works much faster.

The old version of the API will work in parallel with the new one for some time, but soon its support will be terminated and it will be removed. It is recommended to migrate all workflows to use the new API version in advance.

• ☁️ Hosting:
  • The maximum size of headers in requests has been increased from 32 to 64 KB.
  • HEIC support has been added to ImageMagick.
  • Updated eusphpe module for PHP 7.4, 8.0 and 8.1. The current version of the module does not support older versions of PHP, so only the older version of the module is available for them.
  • In OPcache, the default value for opcache.interned_strings_buffer is increased from 8 MB to 12 MB. For existing sites, this is applied after re-saving PHP settings.
  • Temporary Redis temp-*.rdb database files older than 30 days are now automatically deleted from the ~/.system/redis/ directory.
  • When changing MySQL version to 8+, the system now checks compatibility — there should be no fields with double type and auto_increment flag in the database.   • Cleanup of irrelevant system files has been released — once a week php.ini of non-existent hosts, PHP files of non-started profilers and CMS installer temporary file directories older than a day are now deleted in the system directory.
  • For new hosting accounts, the default Linux configuration now uses PHP 8.2, Python 3.8, Node.js 22, Go 1.24.
  • The terminal in the control panel has been improved — autoscrolling is now triggered at the moment of adding data instead of every 200 ms, the ability to disable autoscrolling, copy terminal contents and enable full-screen mode has been added.

Labels are simple tags that can be added to messages to organize a more convenient process of working with them. For example, you can divide messages into categories, visually highlight them in the list (color, icon), set their own priorities (Low, Normal, High), statuses (TODO, DOING, DONE, LATER, NOW, WAITING) etc. Labels are also convenient to use for quick filtering of messages and their search.

DNSSEC, through the use of digital signatures, special DNS records, and other mechanisms, ensures that site visitors get to the right server and eliminates the possibility of data spoofing and unnoticed redirection of data to a malicious server.

The DNSSEC configuration option is available under the following conditions:

• The current registrar of the domain is our company.
• The domain zone is present in the list of zones on the registration page.
• Zone supports DNSSEC (some zones are still working on implementation).

The configuration method depends on used NS:

• For domains on our NS, configuration is done in one click, all operations on key generation and adding DNS records are fully automatic.
• For domains on third-party NS, on our side only adds a DS record, all other configuration actions should be done independently in the control panel of the owner of the third-party NS.

🐬 PostgreSQL is a popular open source object-relational database management system (ORDBMS). Due to its flexibility, speed and reliability, it is used by many modern web applications.

📦 The service is a separate instance with resources according to the selected plan: from 1 CPU core / 1 GB RAM / 10 GB on disk to 4 CPU cores / 8 GB RAM / 100 GB on disk.

⚙️ Two versions of PostgreSQL are supported — 16.5 and 17.1 (selected at the ordering stage and are not changed). Additional extensions are available.

🔄 For all databases, automatic backups are created every night, stored on a separate server and kept for the last 7 days and the first day of the current month.

For corporate mail, added WebAuthn support when accessing a mailbox via WebMail.Online.

With WebAuthn you can generate special passkeys for each mailbox. These keys are stored on specific devices or in the used password manager (e.g. Bitwarden).

WebAuthn can be used:

• As a two-step authentication — after entering login and main password, confirm login with passkey.
• To log in without login and password — instead of entering them, you can authorize immediately by passkey (disabled by default, enabled when configuring WebAuthn).

After enabling WebAuthn:

• WebMail.Online will only be accessible with an passkey.
• It is no longer possible to log in to the mailbox without login and password via control panel (the mail domain administrator will have access only to the button to reset two-step authentication with sending a corresponding notification to the mailbox).
• Logging into WebMail classic, connecting to the mailbox using third-party mail clients (Thunderbird, Outlook, etc.) or scripts — will be possible only using app passwords (configured separately).

In this way, you can protect the mailbox from unauthorized access and control the devices from which it can be accessed.

• ☁️ Hosting:
  • On business hosting, added support for PHP JIT.
  • On shared hosting for OPcache you can now allocate up to 4 GB, on business hosting — up to 20% of the plan memory, memory is selected in steps of 32 MB. On business hosting, the amounts already allocated to other sites in the hosting account are taken into account when making a selection.
  • Improved OPcache statistics output — statistics is now displayed in PHP settings for each site, information is divided into tabs, added output of detailed information about scripts and their optimization.

  • PHP error logging now works only until the log size reaches 100 MB. If the limit is exceeded, the system sends a notification and the logging option in PHP settings is disabled. The log can be cleared and logging can be enabled again.

  • When adding a Supervisor process, the logic for substituting an interpreter into a command is now the same as cron.
  • Unpaid dedicated IPs are now visible in the list of addresses in the site settings. They cannot be chosen, but can be changed to a shared IP.
  • For Sphinx, the number of simultaneous search queries and the number of simultaneous connections now cannot exceed 20.
  • In the Firewall whitelist for one hosting account on shared hosting you can add no more than 15 addresses, on business hosting — no more than 30. Masked networks are not supported, IPv6 is truncated by the /64 mask when added. Having an IP in the whitelist of one hosting account does not protect it from global blocking in case of flooding to other hosting accounts where this address is not added to the whitelist.
  • Request for automatic site transfer is now not started if malicious code is detected in the target hosting account. To start the transfer, you need to remove the malware and perform a repeated antivirus scan.

On business hosting plans, PHP JIT support has been added.

The standard OPcache caches operational code. This allows you to skip unnecessary repeated analysis, parsing, and compilation operations when running code that has already been run before and has not been modified. This makes it faster for the Zend virtual machine to retrieve the operational code and execute it.

JIT (Just-In-Time) works in combination with OPcache and compiles code into processor instructions directly at runtime, so that some code is executed without a Zend virtual machine at all and is passed directly to the processor for execution. This allows code to execute even faster than with OPcache without JIT.

The effect of using JIT is more noticeable with code that performs active calculations and intensively uses processor resources, and less noticeable with a large number of I/O operations.

JIT is available in PHP 8.0 and higher. OPcache must be enabled for it to work. ionCube must be disabled.

With u.ua you can easily and quickly share any files with anyone. Uploaded files are available only by link and only until they are deleted. Deleted files cannot be restored.

Manticore Search — is a modern, fast, lightweight and easy-to-use database designed specifically for search. Is an alternative to Sphinx, Elasticsearch, provides faster speed than MySQL's built-in search. Was created in 2017 as an fork of Sphinx, after which the code was almost completely rewritten, many bugs fixed and new features added. The code is open source and available on GitHub.

Key features:

• High performance. Manticore Search is optimized for large data sets and high workloads, capable of processing queries in milliseconds and supports scaling to increase performance.
• Full-text search. Supports complex queries, including phrase search, boolean search, date and number filtering, and sorting results. You can search for data in documents, blogs, articles, and other types of text content.
• Support for various data types. Works with both unstructured data and relational databases.
• Integration. Easily integrates with various systems and platforms. Supports APIs and various interaction interfaces, including HTTP/REST and SQL-like queries.

Plans. The service is a separate Manticore Search instance with resources according to the chosen plan: the minimum plan provides 1 CPU core, 1 GB RAM and 10 GB on disk, the maximum plan provides 4 CPU cores, 8 GB RAM and 100 GB on disk. The chosen plan can be changed in any direction an unlimited number of times, but not more than once a day.

Backups. Automatic backups are created for the instance every night. The copies are stored for the last 7 days and the first day of the current month, are placed on a separate server and do not use space in the instance.

Payment. Payment is withdrawn every night from the balance, the amount of the charge depends on the maximum plan used for the previous day. If the balance is insufficient, the service is deactivated and stored on the server for 10 days. During this period you can top up the balance, pay the cost of data storage from the moment of deactivation and reactivate the service.

A new service has been implemented — RabbitMQ.

RabbitMQ — an open-source message broker that can be used to organize reliable asynchronous transfer of messages between publishers (senders) and subscribers (receivers) via queues (storage space between sending and receiving). Publishers and subscribers can be any site components, services, apps, etc., routing is flexibly configurable, messages can contain any information. Different messaging protocols are supported — AMQP, MQTT, STOMP, etc.

Plans. The service is a separate RabbitMQ instance with resources according to the selected plan: the minimum plan provides 1 CPU core, 1 GB RAM and 10 GB on disk, the maximum — 4 CPU cores, 8 GB RAM and 100 GB on disk. The selected plan can be changed in any direction an unlimited number of times, but not more than once a day.    

Backups. Automatic backups are created for the instance every night. The copies are stored for the last 7 days and the first day of the current month, are placed on a separate server and do not take up space in the instance.

Payment. Payment is withdrawn every night from your balance, the amount of the withdrawal depends on the maximum used plan for the previous day. If there is not enough money on balance, the service is deactivated and stored on the server for 10 days. During this period you can recharge your balance, pay the cost of data storage from the moment of deactivation and resume the service.

Access delegation and ownership transfer are available for each instance.

A new "RabbitMQ" section has been created on the wiki with general information on working with the service.

The service is in beta testing. Suggestions for improving the functionality can be left through the feedback and suggestions section.

From 11.07.2024 administration of domain zone .УКР increases prices for registration, renewal and transfer.

Before the specified period, you have the opportunity to renew your domains at the old price.

The cost of corporate mail consists of two plans — disk space and a limit on sending emails per day. Previously, only paid plans from 2,000 to 15,000 emails per day were available for the sending limit. In addition to the existing plans, we have added a new one — 500 emails per day for 0 €.

Now, if you don't need to send more than 500 emails per day, you can save money and pay only for space for mail. It is still possible to recharge the balance at any time, to increase the plan of the limit for sending mails per day and to make mailings within the available plans.

Added separate whitelists and blacklists for mail domains.

Lists can now be of two levels:

• Account lists. Affects all mail domains that belong to the current account. Only the account owner can modify these lists (they are not available to users with delegated access).
• Mail domain lists. Affects only the given mail domain. The mail domain owner and all users with delegated access can modify these lists. These lists have a higher priority than the mail domain owner's account lists.

This gives the ability to manage rules for both the owner of a mail domain and users with delegated access, as well as to set both general rules and separate rules for each mail domain.

Limits

Limits have been introduced on the maximum number of rules that can be added to lists:

• Account lists — 100.
• Mail domain lists: corporate mail — 200, hosting account mail — 20.

The limit is common for whitelists and blacklists of the same level. You can set 100 global rules for all mail domains and an additional 20 or 200 rules for each mail domain (depending on its type).

Other changes

• The page for managing the list of rules has been redesigned — rules are now displayed in a single list without being separated by type.
• Removed the ability to delete rules by type — you can delete single rules or all rules at once.
• Removed the ability to export the list of rules — you can get the list via API or just copy the table and save it to yourself.
• Added a counter for the number of rules.

• First year of registration at a reduced cost.
• Reduced cost when registering domains for a period of more than 1 year.

Example: Registration of domain example123.uno for one year costs 1.84 €. Renewal after one year — another 24.92 €. But if you register a domain for 2 years at once, the total cost will be only 11.04 € (1.84 € the first year and 9.2 € the next). Thus, the benefit of registering a domain for several years at once will be more than 50%. More term of purchase — more benefit!

• ☁️ Hosting:
  • It is open to migrate to MySQL 8 for shared hosting accounts on servers in Germany.
  • Redesigned viewing of slow queries — if there are slow queries, a red triangle is now displayed next to the database name, the list of slow queries is opened by clicking on this triangle or through a notification in the database menu, setting the number of seconds has been moved to MySQL settings.
  • The maximum SQL file size when importing a database through the control panel to a hosting or MySQL instance has been increased from 300 MB to 5 GB.
  • Site locking during database migration is now disabled by default for all new hosting accounts.
  • On business hosting, packages of all versions of Node.js are now installed by default and available at paths like /usr/local/nodeXX, and support for Node.js 22 has been added. Versions are now changed using PATH without using nvm.

  • The system will no longer let you add a site or subdomain if 999 virtual hosts already exist in your hosting account in total.

We have extended the security management capabilities for corporate mail and implemented two new features.

2-step authentication. Allows you to protect your mailbox login via WebMail.Online — when logging in, in addition to the mailbox address and password, you will need to enter a one-time code generated by the authenticator app. When this feature is enabled, the ability to log in with a primary password is retained only for WebMail.Online, and for WebMail classic and other email clients and scripts, connection will be possible only using app passwords.

App passwords. Allows you to manage access to your mailbox in a more flexible way — instead of the primary password, use separate passwords for each mail client or script, give passwords their own names, see the date of their last use and delete them without affecting the rest. Each app password is valid for 6 months.

The new features are managed through the WebMail.Online interface. Enabling any of them disables access to the mailbox without a password from the control panel. At the same time, the mail domain administrator retains the ability to set a new password or reset 2-step authentication at any time.

We actively fight against spam mailings and regularly monitor the purity of our addresses, but when using a shared IP, sometimes situations may arise when a mail server address is blacklisted due to intentional or unintentional actions of some users. Not all blacklists allow you to quickly remove a blacklisted address, and some only remove it after a certain period of time, which can have a negative impact on mail delivery.

Dedicated IP — is an extra service that allows you to avoid such problems and send emails from a separate address, which is not affected by the actions of other users.

The service is available only for corporate mail, after ordering it does not require any configuration actions and is paid per day from the balance.

  • Whitelist and blacklist now apply only to services belonging to the same account.
  • Added the ability to enable access to WebMail.Online on a subdomain of your domain and customize its design.
  • For corporate mail, added the ability to configure mailbox access using application passwords instead of the primary password.
• 💻 VPS:
  • Added a new "Firewall" tab where you can add rules for incoming traffic to be applied at the KVM level.
  • Channel speed for all plans is now equal to 10 Gbit/s. Instead of speed limitation, traffic limitation is now used — from 2 to 30 TB per month depending on the plan with the possibility of paid increase.

Elastic (Elasticsearch) — is a distributed, RESTful search and analytics engine that allows storing, searching and analyzing large amounts of data in near real time. It is widely used in search engines, e-commerce platforms, monitoring and logging solutions, various CMS, etc. Its ability to process large volumes of data, scale horizontally, and efficiently deliver accurate and relevant search results makes it a valuable tool for many organizations.

Plans. The service is a separate Elastic instance with resources according to the selected plan: the minimum plan provides 2 CPU cores, 4 GB RAM and 40 GB on disk, the maximum — 6 CPU cores, 32 GB RAM and 100 GB on disk. The selected plan can be changed in any direction an unlimited number of times, but not more than once a day.    

Indexes. The number of indexes is limited only by the disk space of the instance.

Backups. Every night, automatic backups are created for all indexes in the instance. The copies are stored for the last 7 days and the first day of the current month, are placed on a separate server and do not take up space in the instance.

Payment. Payment is withdrawn every night from your personal balance, the amount of the withdrawal depends on the maximum used plan for the previous day. Added the ability to bind any dedicated mail domain to a hosting account. To bind a dedicated mail domain, it must not exceed the limits of mail domains of the hosting account in terms of disk space and the number of mails sent for the current day. Binding also allows you to transfer mail domains between hosting accounts — you can separate a mail domain and bind it to another hosting account.

A new service has been implemented — corporate mail.

Now mail domains can be of two types:

• Dedicated mail domain.
• Mail domain of hosting account.

Dedicated mail domain. This is a separate mail service — the mail domain is not linked to any other services and is paid daily from the balance. The plan consists of two parts — disk space (50-5000 GB) and the limit of outgoing mails per day (2000-15000), which allows you to flexibly choose the plan for your needs. The selected plan can be changed at any time as needed. Delegation and ownership transfer are available for the service.

Mail domain of hosting account. This is an old format of working with mail, when several mail domains are linked to a hosting account and are included in its price. Delegation and ownership transfer is only possible together with the hosting account.

The mail domain of a hosting account can be separated and turned into a dedicated domain at any time. However, this only works in one way — a dedicated mail domain cannot be linked back to the hosting account.

Changes in mail linked to hosting account:

• Disk space for mail now always corresponds to the disk space in the current hosting account plan. You can increase the space either by increasing the hosting account plan or by separating the mail domain.
• The limit of outgoing emails per day is now always 500 when sending from a web server without authorization and 500 when sending via SMTP with authorization. The limit can only be increased by separating the mail domain.
• When adding a mail domain, it is no longer required to have a site with the same name in the "My sites" section.
• The number of mail domains no longer depends on the number of sites in your hosting account. You can add up to 999 mail domains with any name.

Other important changes:

• Our primary MX server is now mx.services. The old addresses will continue to work, but we now recommend using the new address when setting up your domain.
• You can no longer add subdomains as mail domains. Only main domains can be used.
• To send emails from the web server without authorization using the limit of a dedicated mail domain, you need to select a mailbox of this mail domain as outgoing mail in the site settings. Without selecting a mailbox, the standard hosting account limit of 500 emails will be used.

On business hosting plans is available a new feature — MySQL query logging.

The General Query Log records all connections and received SQL queries to all databases of the hosting account. This log can be useful in the process of debugging site scripts and optimizing interaction with databases, when you need to know which queries were sent to MySQL-server (for example, when generating dynamic SQL queries).

Manage and view the General Query Log and Performance Schema is performed in a new section "MySQL performance".

Collecting and saving logs consumes disk space of your hosting account and reduces MySQL performance, so logging is disabled by default. It is recommended to enable logging only when necessary and disable it immediately after obtaining the necessary data.

Logging allows you to collect statistics and see which queries are executed more often than others, how long each query takes to execute, connection statistics and memory usage. This information helps to decide whether it is necessary to optimize the logic of the site's work with the database, caching of frequent queries, etc.

Performance Schema is used for logging. Once enabled, query data is collected in the performance_schema service database (it will be visible when connecting to the MySQL server, but is not available for viewing). The obtained information can be viewed in the statistics window.

Using logging reduces the speed of executing queries to MySQL and increases the CPU and RAM usage of the hosting account.

Packages are paid daily from the balance. Payment is withdrawn the next day for the maximum limit that was set on the previous day. Thus, you can flexibly manage the limit and increase it only when necessary.

Limits are managed in the "Mailboxes" section using the "Increase limits" button. Limit changes are applied within 10-15 minutes.

Also, a "Statistics" button has been added to the section, using which you can quickly view the 50 mailboxes with the highest number of sent mails, the number of mails sent without authorization and the total number of mails sent.

Before the specified period, you have the opportunity to renew your domains at the old price.

The auction starts from the moment the domain goes to pendingDelete (a corresponding notification is sent to email and Telegram). After that, everyone who has preordered and wants to get the domain starts bidding. The domain will be given to the one whose bid will be the highest and who will be able to pay for the domain at the time of registration. Acceptance of bids ends one day before the domain is released after 21:00 Kyiv time.

How the auction works:

• After you bid, you will not be able to back out of the auction or cancel your preorder.
• Bid raises your position in the preorder queue.
• The first bid may be equal to the cost of domain registration.
• Each new bid must be at least 100 ₴ (equivalent) more than the previous one.
• When you make a bid with your bank card, the amount of the bid will be debited and immediately refunded back to you.
• If your bid is outbid, you will receive a corresponding notification to your email and Telegram.

Once the domain is released, the system will attempt to register it for the user who made the highest bid. If this user fails to pay for the domain, the next highest bid will be triggered, and so on.

Thus, the new conditions for getting the domain as following:

• After the auction has started, you must be sure to bid.
• At the time the auction ends, your bid must be the maximum bid.
• At the moment of attempting to register a domain, you must have the amount of your bid on your personal balance or bank card (depending on the selected payment type).
• The domain will not be taken over by some other registrar in time.

If your bid was not the maximum, the domain will be given to you only if users with a higher bid have problems with payment (if all other conditions are met).

If you preordered but didn't make any bids in the auction, you definitely won't get the domain.

The new system gives you a more honest way to determine the new owner of a domain.

Packages. Mail space is no longer ordered in gigabytes, but in packages of 50 to 5,000 GB. The larger the package capacity, the cheaper each gigabyte in it costs. Only one package can be active at a time. It can be changed or deactivated at any time.

All users with prepaid extra space have been automatically set the nearest package of the same or larger capacity. This package will be available without additional charges until the end of the prepaid term, after which the daily payment from the personal balance will be activated.

From 09/01/2023 the administration of .BID, .DATE, .DOWNLOAD, .LOAN, .MEN, .PARTY, .STREAM, .FAITH, .RACING, .REVIEW, .SCIENCE, .TRADE, .WEBCAM, .WIN domain zones increases promotional prices for registration, renewal and transfer.

MySQL is now available not only as part of a hosting account, but also as a standalone independent service.

Advantages. The main advantages of MySQL as a standalone service:

• Compared to shared hosting:
  
  • No limits on the number of tables, the size of a single database and the total size of all databases.
  • No limit on the number of CPU minutes.
• Compared to business hosting:
  
  • You can setup access restrictions for individual IP addresses.
  • Using a standalone MySQL service will free up business hosting resources to run scripts (on business hosting, resources are shared between the web server and MySQL).
• You can use any database names and usernames, without the mandatory prefix with the name of the hosting account.
• Replication is available.

Plans. The service is a standalone MySQL 8.0 instance with resources according to the selected pricing plan: disk space - from 10 to 100 GB, CPU - from 1 to 4 cores, RAM - from 1 to 8 GB. The plans also differ in the number of security rules (from 4 to 32). The selected plan can be changed in any direction an unlimited number of times, but not more than once a day.

Backups. All instances are automatically backed up every night. Copies are stored for the last 7 days and the first day of the current month, are hosted on a separate server and do not take up space in the instance.

Payment. Payment is withdrawn every night from your personal balance, the amount of the withdrawal depends on the maximum used plan for the previous day. If there is not enough money on balance, the service is deactivated and stored on the server for 10 days. During this period you can recharge your balance, pay the cost of data storage from the moment of deactivation and resume the service.

Access delegation and transfer of rights are available for each instance.

A new "MySQL" section has been created on the wiki with general information on working with the service.

The service is in beta testing. Suggestions for improving the functionality can be left through the feedback and suggestions section.

  • In "My sites", for WordPress sites, a new "WordPress administration" section is available where you can view the WordPress version, update core, manage plugins, and perform profiling.
  • Due to the discontinuation of Universal Analytics support, you can no longer connect your site to Google Analytics by specifying your ID in the site optimization settings.

On business hosting plans it is now possible to proxy HTTP traffic to a local IP address. Due to this, it is now possible to host not only PHP and Node.js projects, but also full-fledged Python and Go apps, such as projects based on Django and Flask frameworks.

How it works. When proxying is enabled, the site is assigned a local IP address like 127.*.*.* and the default port 3000. These values are used to start the server directly in the web app, either in the start command or in the code. As a result, all requests to the site are proxied to the local address, and the application receives and processes them. The real IP address of the visitor is given in the X-REAL-IP header. With a dedicated IP, you can additionally accept requests to it on any port.

App launch. To launch a web app, all you have to do is follow a few simple steps: 
1. Place the project on hosting. 
2. In the "Site Settings" section, switch the web server to "Traffic proxying". 
3. In the "Web application settings" section find out the local IP address and port and specify them in the run command or in the app's code. 
4. Run the app and check its work.

  • Scripts run via OpenLiteSpeed on business hosting can now run up to 3600 seconds.
  • When errors are found in the .htaccess file, the OpenLiteSpeed web server will now automatically switch to Apache and send a notification accordingly.
  • Added the ability for Node.js to occupy any ports on a dedicated IP.
  • For sites in the "My Sites" section, only 1 screenshot is now stored. On click, the screenshot opens in full screen. The hover tooltip displays the date and time the screenshot was taken, as well as information about when and how often screenshots are taken.

  • In the file manager, a display of the download process has been added when using FTP as a source.
  • Reworked loading files using the file manager: loading directories is more stable, the progress bar now displays real percentages, a warning will be displayed when exiting while loading a directory.
  • The "Mailboxes" section now displays SPF, DKIM, and DMARC status for each mail domain.
  • For messages coming from outside, the actions from the DMARC policy are now performed: when reject , they are rejected, when quarantine they fall into spam. Adding a sender's IP address, domain, or mail to the whitelist will not apply the DMARC policy.
  • WebMail.Online:
    
    • Added validation of folder names. Standard folders can now be sorted and assigned icons. They may also contain subfolders.
    • The mail preview area now only appears after selecting a mail.
    • With split screen enabled, you can now view emails from search results. Results are no longer reset when opening an email.

  • Monitoring is now performed by standard control panel tools: for all users, on the "Monitoring" tab, a rule has been added to ping the server once every 30 minutes, which you can manage yourself.

Redis is now available not only as an additional service for a hosting account, but also as a separate independent service.

Redis (REmote DIctionary Server) is an in-memory key-value data storage system. Due to its simplicity and high speed, it is used for caching, publish-subscribe systems and other tasks that require maximum performance. Allows you to store not only strings, but also arrays, dictionaries, sets without repetitions, sorted sets and other data structures. It also supports transactions (when either all operations are performed sequentially, or none) and batch processing of commands (first a series of commands are executed, then a series of results are obtained).

The main advantages of a standalone Redis service compared to an additional service are:

• Support for external connections.
• User management, configuration and access restriction.
• Autosave data to disk and restore it in memory in case of service stop and restart.
• Restorable daily automatic backups.

It is planned that the additional service will be discontinued in the future and Redis will only be available as a standalone service.

Plans. The service is a standalone Redis instance with resources according to the selected pricing plan: the minimum plan is 256 MB RAM and 8 databases, and the maximum plan is 6 GB RAM and 28 databases. The plans also differ in the number of security rules (from 2 to 46) and the number of simultaneous connections (from 256 to 6144). The selected plan can be changed in any direction an unlimited number of times, but not more than once a day.

Users. You can create users with data access settings and the pub/sub system.

Backups. All instances are automatically backed up every night. Copies are stored for the last 7 days and the first day of the current month, are hosted on a separate server and do not take up space in the instance.

Payment. Payment is withdrawn every night from your personal balance, the amount of the withdrawal depends on the maximum used plan for the previous day. If there is not enough money on balance, the service is deactivated and stored on the server for 10 days. During this period you can recharge your balance, pay the cost of data storage from the moment of deactivation and resume the service.

Access delegation and transfer of rights are available for each instance.

A new "Redis" section has been created on the wiki with general information on working with the service.

The service is in beta testing. Suggestions for improving the functionality can be left through the feedback and suggestions section.

  • In the "My Sites" section of the site menu, the items "Load by URL", "Load by pages" and "Server responses" have been removed — similar information can be obtained in GoAccess reports.
  • The OPcache page has been redesigned — the page displays a list of sites with enabled OPcache, you can quickly go to the PHP settings to change the allocated capacity and quickly open statistics for the desired site.
  • Python has been updated on all servers — versions 2.7, 3.3, 3.6, 3.7, 3.8, 3.9 and 3.10 are now available.
  • The PHP profiler report on foreign hosting accounts can now only be viewed if the report file size is less than 10 MB.
  • When creating a new file in the file manager, it now immediately opens in the built-in editor.

    • Added the ability to view a message simultaneously with the list of messages and customize the viewing area — instead of the list, to the right of the list or from the bottom of the list. Block sizes can be customized — changes are saved in the browser.
    • Added the ability to customize the indicator of new messages in the browser tab icon.
    • Added the ability to select more emails than are available on one page.

  • You can now add .ES domains, ccTLDs from Cyprus, Switzerland, Greece, Azerbaijan and Spain, as well as .GOV.UA and .EDU.UA domains (including unregistered ones) to our NS.
  • Domain certificate can now only be ordered by verified users. Certificate is provided only in Ukrainian language.

MongoDB is a document-oriented database management system that does not require a description of the table schema. It is more flexible than MySQL and allows you to store data with a complex structure.

Plans. The service is a stand-alone MongoDB instance with resources according to the selected plan: the minimum plan is 1 CPU core, 1 GB RAM, and 10 GB of disk space, and the maximum plan is 4 CPU cores, 8 GB of RAM, and 80 GB of disk space. The selected plan can be changed in any direction an unlimited number of times, but not more than once a day.

Versions. Available versions of MongoDB: 4.2, 4.4, 5.0 and 6.0. The version is selected at the stage of ordering each instance and does not change thereafter.

Databases and users. The number of databases within an instance is limited only by the available resources of the selected plan. You can create users with the read, readWrite, and dbAdmin roles both for a single database and for all databases within an instance. The root role is not provided.

Backups. Automatic backups are created every night for all databases. Copies are stored for the last 7 days and the first day of the current month, placed on a separate server and do not use space in the instance.
